Positive at home negative Drs.

So I took a first response test yesterday and I had a faint line. It was pink, it was positive! I’ve been sick to I went to the dr today and they took a Urine pregnancy test which came back negative! Now idk what to think. I’m a bit sad and confused. Has this ever happened to anyone?
