1 DPO... baby aspirin?

I just read that baby aspirin can help implantation. If I start today will it help or should I have started earlier?

You should not be doing that if you haven't talked with your doctor first! For some people it can be dangerous. I know two ladies that actually had miscarriages because of it. It is for when people have blood clotting disorders or inflammation of the uterus as it is for thinning the blood and you don't want it to become too thin. For the most part it could be okay but there is also a possibility that it's not. It is also unsafe to quit taking it cold turkey if you've been taking it for long periods of time. I was prescribed this but I have three doctors that I am currently visiting as I had 5 miscarriages and just confirmed that I have Anti-Phospholipid Syndrom

You need to check with your doctor before starting it. It is used in SOME cases to prevent miscarriage. If you do not have recurrent miscarriages and otherwise have normal luteal phase, you'll want to make sure you speak to your doctor first.

I take a baby aspirin everyday to prevent clotting, my doctor said it would be fine to take everyday even while TTC but I’ve had a superficial blood clot before.
