How to lose weight

Hey guys,

Recently I’ve been wanting to change my lifestyle and begin to start a healthier one. i am currently 141 pounds and would like to get down to at least 125 (average weight for my height). I would also like to shed a few inches of fat on my stomach as well as tone my butt and try to get rid of my double chin. For those of you who have been on the weight loss journey, what tips could you give me to help me achieve this goal of mine? Diet tips, exercise tips, anything that will help speed up the process will help. Trying to get started on my bikini bod for the summer :) Thank you!
