I used to take the pills that are supposed to make you skip your period and they didn’t really work for me. I had so much spotting that I just preferred to know I was having my period once a month. I believe this is fake.

This article starts talking about one issues but ends up talking about another issues. So which one is it? In my group of friends is well known that you don’t have to have a week break if you don’t want to   
So idk. I do agree about docs not taking our pain serious. I personally know a girl I went to hs with that she used to complain about intense period pains but was dismissed by the doctors. Poor thing, turns out she had endometriosis and has infertility problems :/
