I have awful, painful cold sores all over my lips. This is the first time I’ve ever had them and it’s so uncomfortable and itchy.

What do you guys use to cure them? I’m hesitant to buy something OTC that’s gonna be overpriced and not work. I was using Vaseline yesterday but I think it just made it worse. I’ve been applying aloe too but I don’t think it’s really helping.

I’m allergic to almost all chapsticks so those are out of the question.
