UPDATE: well crap. Thanks all for the advice didnt realize it would be this hard. Never lived anywhere with cats. Ill replace the carpets and see what all i need to do. I really didnt realize it be this hwrd to fix the issue.

Before we bought the home we asked them to clean the carpets and they did. It still smells like animals in there cats and dogs so i need help getting rid of the odor. Also i think my allergies are still acting up when im there for a while. Should i just air it out or anything extra i should do.? Its winter so i imagine they hadnt opened the windows in a few months.
