pregnant 4 months postpartum

I’m pregnant AGAIN after having my little girl back in October. Hubby is on board & as supportive as ever, but I’m a nervous wreck! Has this happened to anyone else? What’s it like raising your little’s so close in age? Did you carry full term? I’ll take any advice I can get!
