So I’ve been married for 1 year going to be two years we both want to divorce but we have a son that’s why it’s a lot more complicated my parents aren’t supportive at all it came down to them kicking me out the house because they prefer him over me I came back home because of my son do I have to right to find or date someone even though I’m still technically married but it’s all thrown to the trash?
