When is the best time to take a test my cycle supposed to come in this week I have been having cramp like symptoms since this past weekend I thought I started my cycle this past Sunday bc I bleed a little I saw it on the tissue so I proceeded with a tampon 4 hrs later no blood was the tampon and no period but still cramp like symptoms and a lot of heart burns. I took a pregnancy test Sunday night results came in negative fast as hell soooo I’m stressing
