Why does gas feel like period cramps??!?!

Omfg why does gas feel so freaking bad!?!?! Swear every time I have to poop or pass gas that I’m losing the baby bc the pain feels like cramps!!!!! 
Don’t even get me started on constipation...

Girl I am the same way. My husband got a whiff and nearly choked. And the constipation is terrible but the obgyn said I can take ducolax but not all the time and lots of fiber.
