Wound up in labor and delivery AGAIN this morning. It’s raining and freezing here so everything is like an ice rink pretty much. I slipped and fell in the parking lot of the mall this morning, hit my stomach hard on my leg somehow so I had to go to the hospital and be checked out. I had 2 ultrasounds there and they said everything was normal and he’s was perfectly fine and happy but he wasn’t moving at all for me and during the second ultrasound the tech couldn’t get him to move either, we tried a bunch of different positions and poking and prodding and nothing. They also checked me twice to make sure I wasn’t dilating since I was having contractions, both times still at a 2/2.5. I’m finally home and doing some kick counts and resting. I feel like I just shouldn’t leave the house anymore until I have him. I guess it’s a good thing there’s only 9 more days until my induction! But I’m secretly hoping that these contractions regulate and I have him like NOW lol.
