I took a test

OK well here it goes I have had weried period for a few months now and I had my period this month and started 3 days later it stopped came back a day later. so I took a pregnancy test that came up with a faded line that was yesterday and today I took one it was negative. I had my tubes cut tired and burned 8years ago. I'm wondering if I could be pregnant. with my 4th child
