I had an eptopic last year in march took the methotrexate injections then got pregnant again in november 2018 had a miscarriage now i am pregnant again and have been bleeding on and off not alot just some but have been having shoulder pain in the right arm last eptopic was my left shoulder so im just seeing in there could be pain in left or right shoulder any one have pain in the right and have an eptopic or am i just worrying myself?

And i know this sounds weird but i can smell the same smell that i had when i had my first child when my period returned
