can this baby end up being a girl?

so I went for an us at 13 weeks and the doctor said that this could go either way but it looks so much like a boy to me can this really end up being a girl? this is our first baby and I have no idea how things work I'm reading about the nub theory but I can't find the nub 😂 any help will be appreciated!
