Hi girls. Hope some of you can help lift my spirits tonight..

So, I went in for my first ultrasound today and according to Glow, Im supposed to be around 6 weeks 2 days..well, they did a transvaginal US and didnt find anything..no gest. sac, no yolk sac, they also tried abdominal US and still nothing was visible. They drew blood today and I will get a pg confirmatiom tomorrow, but I'm worried, I've been spotting since last night(no cramps) and after the transvaginal us I spotted again (very lightly) ..I hope everything goes well and that baby is just not as far along as my husband and I though..I

ts my first pregnancy and Im feeling down tonight. God willing, I get good news tomorrow🙏😔

Has anyone else gone through this or something similar and had good outcomes???
