Have you been working out? Is it safe to just start in 3rd trimester?
I haven’t been working out as much as I wanted to at all during my pregnancy. 😭 Now that I’m entering my 3rd trimester I realize I’m running out of time! Help! What workouts do you do? How often do you do them? Wish I could be outside this winter. It’s been so cold lately. Is my labor going to be long/hard?
