How dilated are you?

I’m 39 and 3 days and I went in to dr today and I was 1.5cm dilated 50% enfaced and my cervix is very soft. My dr said everything looks good and baby should be here this week 
1.5cm seems like such a small amount to be dilated when I’m due Saturday lol. I know it doesn’t matter much bc I can randomly dilate more out of nowhere but I kinda wanted to see if I’m average like everyone else that’s due soon lol.

I’m 39 weeks and was checked a week ago. I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I refused a cervical check today because I didn’t wanna progress labor before my due date. I think our bodies just progress when they are ready so I wouldn’t be concerned about where you’re at. You sound completely normal. 
Here I am now freaking out because my boobs just started leaking for the first time. 😳 I’m scared that’s a sign that she will be coming this week. I just want her to hold off until her due date...or at least Friday so I can get a full paycheck. 😂

3cm and fully thinned out. Due tomorrow. Dr did the sweep today. First time ever having that done. Heard it could help or it wouldn’t. Being induced Tuesday if not. Good luck!!!

I'm due Saturday too! I'm 80 percent effaced and 1.5 cm dilated. I had high blood pressure yesterday but not today and they wanted to induce me. I asked to wait until I'm at least 40 weeks since my blood pressure has not been consistently high.

I got very similar news today at 39w2d- I'm due Sunday. Baby is head down, .5-1cm dilated and soft cervix. But based on my history, midwife thinks I will make it to 40 weeks plus a couple days maybe. My other 3 labors started at 1cm so I'm not stressing. We can still go anytime!

I’m 40 weeks today and am only 1.5cm dilated but fully thinned out and baby’s head is down and engaged. I’ve been this way since 36 weeks! Have had 2 membrane sweeps done too. You can go from 0-10 dilation in hours and be dilated for weeks, it really doesn’t matter.. things change so quickly once you go in labor

39+4 and am 1cm, 75% effaced and baby is at -1/0 station. Had a sweep at 38+5 that did nothing but make me contract for every 5-10min for 60hours with no progress

I am 40+1 today had my doctor appointment and I'm 3cm 50% effaced and baby is at a -2 station.... all the same as my visit last week lol. I was also told last week that I probably wouldn't go past my due date but here I am still pregnant and waiting on this little guy to come out. They scheduled my induction for Monday morning in case he doesn't come in the next few days. Good luck mama hopefully we get to meet our babies soon!
