Period after tubal?

Just curious how everyone's periods are after having a tubal ligation.

Mine were brutal!!!!! Heavier crampier.....got em reversed after 13 yrs and back to normal so yup it was tubal factor.

Mine have been awful since my tubal in October! The cramps are worse than ever and the flow is soooo heavy! Doctor told me give it 6 months  to a year and if I'm still having issues they'll put me on birth control but that's why I got them tied in the first place because I didn't want birth control and my husband refused a vasectomy!

I had my total during c section. I just know my periods weren't like this before baby and tubes being tied. Maybe my periods have to just get back to normal after baby idk.

Tubal really shouldn’t affect your period. Did you have it postpartum? That’s more likely to be a cause. The flow doesn’t come through the tubes and the ovaries should still be working...

Mine have been shorter and lighter. Lasts usually 3 to 5 days
