Will my baby be okay?

I’m almost 38 weeks , and my lower back has just been the death of me. I used to use BenGay cream on my joints when I played sports in high school and it really helped.

Well I just put some on thinking nothing of it and something told me to check if it’s safe to use while pregnant. As reading about it online (I know I shouldn’t) it said it can cause fatal effects in an unborn child... so I’m freaking out now.

Anyone ever use it and it and be okay?? Any suggestions??
