I'm beyond frustrated! If anyone could give me advice I'd greatly appreciate it!

My daughter just turned 1. She is still breastfeeding. For the past month she will not sleep unless she nurses to sleep. Which means she's also cosleeping and constantly attached to my breast. It's to the point where my nipples are raw and HURT. Shes just using me as a pacifier but she WILL NOT take a pacifier. She will not sleep in her crib anymore (she did at 8 months) every SINGLE time I go to lay her in her crib she wakes up as if she was never sleeping. And when I say wakes up I mean starts screaming crying until she throws up. Dad can put her to sleep the first time but after she wakes up (30 min after getting to sleep) all she wants to do is nurse and will scream and throw up until she get the nipple which she latches to for HOURSS. This has been going on for a month. I can't sleep my nipples are so sore and I'm very frustrated with the fact that she CAN NOT SLEEP ON HER OWN. my husband has given up and is forcing me to figure this out on my own. ADVICE NEEDED!!!!!!!! please!
