Tmi poop cramps & constipation!
So this may be tmi but have any of you ladies had horrible constipation or those nasty poop cramps where you feel like death is upon you? Lately I’ve been getting them & having the worst bm’s. I try to eat enough foods with fiber to avoid this but wtf. Ughh had this happen to me again today. Over it
