Any tips on losing weight?

Okay so I’m 5’0 tall and I weigh around 130 lbs. My goal is to go down to 110-120 lbs. I’ve been going to the gym for about 2 weeks now, and yes, I know that progress takes awhile and I’m fine with that😂 I just want to ask any tips when it comes to snacking and activities to do in the gym. My target is to lessen my arms and tummy, but strengthen my legs. I do have chubby thighs, which I’m fine with and it’s probably the last thing I’ll work on. I would also like to know how much calories should I lose when doing cardio.

Also, I know that white carbs is really bad for you, but I’m 17 and living with my parents😂 and everyday we eat white rice which I can’t say no to cause I feel bad😂 Although, usually I only eat rice around 1-2 times a day cause I have school lunch, and I don’t eat breakfast sometimes. I would like to know how to control cravings or any alternatives.

Lastly, I go to the gym around 4-6 times a week, it really depends if my dad wants to go since I can’t drive yet. We usually stay around 1-2 hrs.
