Early symptoms?

I’ve been feeling a throbbing and stretching feeling on my right side for a few days now. I also had some lower back pain and cramping. I never have symptoms of AF this early. I’m not due until the 31st. All of these feelings are new to my body. I’m hoping it’s a good sign! I’m 5 days post IUI. Has anyone else had symptoms?
