My sisters landlord gave her an Eviction notice 10 days before her lease is up.

She got behind on rent due to her infant being hospitalized and missing work..

She was planning on signing a new lease there..

I thought legally they had to give her 30-60 days notice?

EDIT; the notice says pay or leave within 10days I guess. And that if she does nothing then they’ll take it to the court.
