How are you Mamas doing? Any sleep regression?

Has anyone’s babies hit the dreaded sleep regression yet? I know it’s supposed to be coming up, I honestly don’t remember if my other two kiddos (6 and 4) did... I’m kinda stressing out about it. I’m already lacking so much sleep already 🧟‍♀️

Usually my baby sleeps 9:30-5, then again until 7:30/8... he had been doing that consistently for 2 weeks at least... and the past two nights he’s been up to eat 2-3 times!! 1, 3, 5, and 7 this past night 😵 I don’t know if it’s the sleep regression or the 3 month growth spurt, but omg lol.

Yeah I think we’ve hit it. :/ normally he sleeps through the night and the past few nights around 3-4am he’s tossing and turning and waking himself up. Tired mommy and daddy over here 🙋🏻‍♀️

Yes we have a sleep regression here. My son is 12 weeks on Thursday. Since 5 weeks he’s slept 9 hours a night and for the last 2 weeks he’s been stirring and waking up about 3 times in the night and won’t go back to sleep without his dummy. He wasn’t waking up for milk though until... last night 😫  2:30am he was wide awake and wanted milk I think he is having a growth spurt as he’s been sleeping a lot more in the day but I only got an hour of sleep last night because he was constantly waking up. This happened with my daughter around the same time she was waking every 4 hours an then she had a growth spurt at 12 weeks and started waking up every 1 or 2 hours and never stopped till I did sleep training at 10 months 😴 Im worried the same thing is happening especially since I got used to my sleep
at night 😅

My baby would only get up once a night to feed but now she is getting up every 2-3hours 😰 idk if it's the sleep regression or wonder week 3 but hopefully she goes back to sleeping normal again!!😭
