Possible PCOS

My husband and I just recently decided to start trying for a baby 3 months ago. I haven’t had a period or ovulated in that time frame, all pregnancy tests are negative, and according to my OBGYN, my labs and symptoms are trending towards PCOS. 😓 Am on progesterone for now waiting to hopefully bleed. 🙏🏻 A little worried about the future of our TTC. ❤️
