I recently noticed a big white bump that looks like the gnarliest pimple I have ever seen on the inside lip (labium minus.) of my vagina. It’s probably about the size of a jellybean.

It almost feels like I could pop it, so I have tried, but it does not work. Despite how white it looks or how poppable it feel, I can never get any sort of discharge other than blood.

What could this possibly be? Please keep in mind that I did a full STD screening earlier this month and I tested negative on every one.

I’m nervous and it feels like it’s growing.
