What is the best way to lose weight?
Hey girls,
A year ago I tried low-carb diet and lost around 40lbs. I was happy, i was healthy and satisfied. But I started eating carbs again, at first from bread, then starches, and then became addicted to junk food and binge eating. So again, I gained all that weight back (approximately 30lbs) and now I’m struggling to lose it again.
I can’t try high-protein diet, because my body already can’t cope with that many protein. I implemented evening walks (walking fast for an hour after work). I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks just by doing that and eating as usual.
Now it has stopped, and i can’t lose a single pound. I’d love to hear from your experiences. I want to know what are the long-term effects of such diets and how were you able to change your lifestyle and approach to eating?
