help please

based on my calculations i ovulated january 11th .. me & my boyfriend had sex from january 11th midnight until 2 in the morning january 12 .. my cycle is due on january 25th .. im not having any signs just tired , gassy & eating more . i checked my cervix it is high soft & wet .. im having a bit of milky white discharge .. could i be pregnant with no symtoms ?
