Can nosebleeds be a sign of pregnancy?
I have never had a nosebleed in my life until I was pregnant with my first son and I used to get them all the time. But I have not had a nosebleed since I have been pregnant. We are trying to conceive with our second child and I am due for AF on January 25. I woke up this morning with a nosebleed could this be a sign of pregnancy?
