Light pink creamy discharge ??

I just had my appendix removed over the weekend and I’m now in bed rest until I’m able to walk again. I noticed that I had really light creamy pink discharge. My period doesn’t start for another 6 days. Could I possibly be pregnant ? Or is this a sign of miscarriage ? I had to have two CT scans and now I’m worried it had messed up my fertility 😭
