IUD Failed - should I try again?

Question

My Paragard IUD failed, and I ended up pregnant. I terminated the pregnancy.
Should I try again with another type of IUD? Am I at a higher risk for this to happen again?
Has anyone had an IUD fail twice? 
Children are not an option for me, and taking hormones directly not work either. What should I do?

It's super unlikely and usually is only because the IUD is out of place. Maybe try Mirena?

I'm new to IUDs but if I were you I would get another one. I don't want pills either and had mine for only 3 months but I'm happy I got it. I would get a different one maybe if one failed.
Or have my SO get his tied, honestly if you're in a serious relationship and hormones are really bad for you (and they usually are), would have him take responsibility for it. Women don't get pregnant alone

My IUD failed the first time, and the second I have now hasn’t had any issues since I got it in July. I saw a different gynecologist, because the first person who put it in I think was new and inexperienced. That’s just my situation, whatever you decide I hope makes you happy. :)
