TTC after IUD

I had my 1st child in June 2015, had a Mirena iud placed 6 months later. Now removed my iud Jan 3 2019. Bleed brownish/red blood for 12 days. Very light. Would that be considered my period? Or should I wait another month to start trying? Wondering if anyone had trouble conceiving after iud? Thanks

I had my IUD removed in June 2018. Still not pregnant 😔
