I got my IUD last Thursday and today is the most pain I’ve felt with it.. my hips hurt so bad that I cannot get comfortable it’s a ache pain and it runs down my legs.. Aleve doesn’t touch it sometimes but when I get ready for bed at night it seems to go away? Anyone have tips to help relieve my hip pain and cramps? I have a heating pad but I need new suggestion it seems to be getting worse before better...
