30 weeks and Dr appt nightmare

Jessica

To go in an ultrasound thinking all will be great to have your world turned upside down with sacredness, disbelief, and negative news.

During this pregnancy I have what you call a Velamentous umbilical cord. Baby was great at 21 weeks measuring at 1.5 lbs... fast forward I'm 30 weeks and baby is apparently 2.4lbs.... high risk ous extremely worried that my blood pressure shot to 161/102. Then she informed me that the amniotic fluid is right at 5 and should be between 5 to 25. So now saying the baby has really low fluid and she's not growing like supposed to be. If nothing changes in the next few days then we will have the baby. They are starting steroid injections for baby's lungs to be on safe side. [I do have preeclampsia and gestational hypertension] also

I'm praying with all my might that my baby girl is born healthy and miracles to happen with me keeping her inside me for at least another 4 weeks. I'm hoping blood pressure stays down and heart rate keeps going strong. It's in the 140s to 150....i feel her moving and she's still very active.

Has anyone experience anything like this and have positive outlook???
