So I'm obviously a fertility patient, I was taking clomid with hcg trigger. And after my last cycle I was so sick thinking morning sickness.... turns out, nope huge cyst.

So skipped a cycle. Some background on me, I do not get a period without inducing it with progesterone on day 35, EVER. So today which is cd 34 I start cramping and BOOM period.

What's your thoughts, good thing? Could it mean the cyst is gone? I'm nervous about my appt on friday now for my beginning cycle scan. If the cyst is still there I'll need to skip another cycle.
