PSA: Don't rely solely on CM to track ovulation
So I see a lot of women are trying to track ovulation by CM. And for the past 3 months, I was guilty of this too.
This month I decided to use OPKs and found that I got EWCM about a week prior to ovulation and during ovulation I had only a little creamy CM.
For some woman CM may be an accurate way to track your cycle but for me, it isn't at all so beware of relying solely on CM.
