Implantation Bleeding VS AF

I am trying to figure out if AF came early or if this is implantation bleeding. I was ovulating on January 12th and my period is projected for January 26th like normal. I had been having a few early pregnancy symptoms (sensitive breasts, nausea, faint cramping) so I was gearing up for potentially taking a hpt in about 5-6 days. But last night I saw some spotting which was brown in color and very very light. I assumed this was implantation bleeding and got very excited since my husband and I have been trying for a while now! But then this morning a heavy gush occurred which woke me up! And it has been pretty consistent at medium flow and fairly reddish in color. I know color is a major disguising factor for AF vs IB but AF has never been 3/4 days EARLY for me (was on BC for about 10 years up until August 2018 and it’s been consistent since I’ve been off).

I’m trying to figure out if I need to hit the reset for this month and try again next month or if there is still a possibility I may be pregnant! Has any experienced a medium/ heavy flow and still been considered IB?
