Clomid???!

Question

For the months of Nov & Dec I took clomid on cycles day 5-9. No luck. This month however my period hasn’t been as heavy and I don’t know that it will last tell cd 5. My question is should I take thr clomid cd 3-7? Or just wait? I’ve read so many forms I’m just not sure.

People do take it CD 3-5. It just depends on your physician’s protocol.

UPDATE!!!!!
I spoke with my OBG, he stated in all the literature he has read on clomid, and from what he knows he’ has never heard of taking the clomid on cd 3-7.

I had a very difficult time taking Clomid. Made me gain weight, my hormones were so out of whack, I was an emotional mess.. my periods were off-track.  the last month I took it, my period was one week late I was so excited after trying for so long and then my period showed up 😢😞🤦🏼‍♀️ it was heavier than it’s ever been my husband rushed me to the hospital. We thought I was having a miscarriage/we just didn’t know. the ER doctor advised us that it was due to the medication. So I then got off of it for good and I refused to ever go back on. But that was my experience.  I wish you the best of luck with trying hopefully this was your lucky month :)
