HELP please

so I think I’m 11/12 dpo I have tried not to obsess this month, but I’m sure I ovulated like 4 days after my period... (strange) anyhow I’ve had diarrhoea and nausea as well as on off aches and tender boobs... as well as aches like period but right now I’ve had a pulling tight muscles bruising aching kinda feeling across lower abdomen but more to right side? All good signs to test?
