Collagen during pregnancy
Is anyone taking collagen during pregnancy? I have a collagen supplement that I put in my water and used pre pregnancy. I stopped when I found out but recently saw that it’s ok. I contacted my nurse practitioner with the ingredients and she said it was all ok. Just curious of everyone else’s experience.
