Hello ladies!

August of 2018 I was diagnosed with pcos and was told my chances of getting pregnant were super low with the symptoms being as bad as they were. Even having an ultrasound done to confirm there are cysts in my ovaries.

I found out I was pregnant November 9th which was a bit of a shock. But I'm confused. When I went in for my first ultrasound they checked my ovaries and saw NO CYSTS! I'm a bit confused about that. Does that mean my pcos is gone? Did pregnancy "cure" my pcos?
