Cramps with IUD?

Anyone get weird cramps before their period after getting Kyleena or another IUD put in? I’m supposed to get my period in 5 days but I’m getting really painful sporadic cramps. Anyone experience something similar?

Yes I’ve had mine for 8 months and I get the same thing! I freak out each time to thinking it’s implantation cramps or something.

Yes, I also have some bleeding prior. I have the copper iud.
