So I’m currently the mother of a 2 month old. I breastfeed and I pump, when I first started to pump I could easily produce 4-5oz per boob in a 30min session. As of lately that has been reduced to 1-2oz per boob and I can’t understand what’s happening and it’s frustrating because if anything my milk supply should go up right?! I’m just curious as the rules to breastfeeding?? How many times do you pump a day and how often? And for how long? 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️😩😩😩😩
