Diaper party!!

Planning a diaper party and can’t quite decide when is the best time to have it. I want to be not too far along that I can’t hang with everyone, help! Also I need games!! Any suggestions on out door games that are baby related?

In case you don’t know what one is, we buy a keg of my boyfriends favorite beer and everyone brings a case of diaper to drink out of it. Kinda like a male baby shower. We had one with our first baby and it was a HUGE help with diapers.
