How fast do your  levels drop after a miscarriage?

I’m so sorry for your loss. Everyone is different. I had my first d&c on October 26th and 2nd December 19th and my hcg was 14 yesterday.  So it will be 13 weeks so far and still not back yet. It has been the longest 3 months and it’s still not over. I hope yours drop fast.

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and within days my levels were back down to 0. It’s different for everyone. Good luck.

I had mine yesterday and my doctor said could take up to 2 months.

I miscarried at 8 weeks and it took over a month for the HCG to be out of my system. I think it all depends on how far a long you were and if you retained tissue
