How long do your Braxton Hicks last?

So mines are still very far apart for the most part. I’ve never had more than three in a hour. BUT some of them last more than three minutes.

I have them literally allll the time now. Every single time I get up off the couch or chair I get one and they vary in intensity and length. Most are about 1-2 minutes then let up. Most I’ve gotten in an hour is probably 5-6 but I’ve had them for the last 2ish weeks at this rate and there’s nothing to do but stay hydrated.

I was woken up in the middle of the night last night with one that lasted 1:30. felt like a horrible period cramp & had to get out of bed to walk around for it to go away!

Mine used to be 1.5 min each but far apart and just a few, but now I’m having them about 30-45 sec each and very regular. They come to a dead stop after about 10 almost every time lol
