I was recently diagnosed with severe endometriosis which has been causing my infertility. Since there is no cure I was wondering if anyone tried OTC vitamins and herbal supplements for their endometriosis. Some of what I was reading was vitamin d and omega 3s could help. My main goal is to reduce inflammation and the amount of scarring caused by the endo. Pain management does not matter to me as I do not experience a lot of pain associated with this. Thanks!
