I just keep trying.......

I have been trying for a baby for the past 2 years! I’ve been to doctors and and test after test done and everything has came back the same.....NOTHING is wrong with me. My doctor keeps telling that it takes time but it’s hard to stay positive, especially when all my friends around me getting pregnant! Any advice out there for me? Am don’t want to give up but I’m losing faith
