No but my fitness pal lets you set your calorie goal , so just add on your extra cals needed to your normal daily amount and aim for that.

I don't personally count calories, but regardless, you don't need a pregnancy mode. In the first trimester, you don't need any extra calories whatsoever. In the second trimester, you need maybe 150 extra and in the third trimester, you need 300 extra. This can be accomplished with a cup of almonds. It's VERY little.  You're not eating for 2. So you can use any calorie counter you want.
